  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
  • Celery sticks and blue cheese dressing for serving optional

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a shallow bowl, combine the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

  4. Place the breadcrumbs in a third bowl.
  5. Dredge each chicken tender in the flour mixture, shaking off any excess.
  6. Dip the floured chicken into the beaten eggs, allowing any excess to drip off.
  7. Coat the chicken tenders in the breadcrumbs, pressing gently to adhere.
  8. Place the breaded chicken tenders on the prepared baking sheet.
  9. In a small bowl, mix the buffalo sauce and melted butter together.
