Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced onion and a pinch of salt, cooking until softened and translucent. Stir in brown sugar and cook until golden and jammy. Mix with mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, vinegar, and garlic powder. Chill until ready to use.
  2. While the aioli cools, shape ground beef into patties and season with salt and pepper. Heat skillet over medium-high heat and cook patties for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned and cooked to preference.
  3. Gather serving bowls and layer with chopped romaine lettuce as the base, then top with diced tomatoes and crispy fries.
