- In a blender, combine fresh corn, egg, milk, softened butter, cornflour, all-purpose flour, sugar, salt, and minced garlic. Blend until smooth and creamy, resembling thick pancake batter.
- Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat for 2-3 minutes. Lightly coat with neutral oil.
- Using a ladle, pour batter onto the skillet, forming a circular shape about 4-6 inches in diameter.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes or until bubbles form on the surface. Flip carefully if using jalapeño slices.
