Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
In a small bowl, combine the softened butter, honey, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, and lemon juice. Mix until well blended.
Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper on both sides.
Spread the Cajun honey butter mixture evenly over the top of each salmon fillet.
Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the grill. Cook for about 6-8 minutes, depending on thickness, until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
Carefully remove the salmon from the grill and serve with lemon wedges on the side.
