Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Using a sharp vegetable peeler or spiralizer, create long, flat ribbons from fresh, tender carrots.
  2. In a medium-sized pot, bring about an inch or two of water to a boil.
  3. Place the prepared carrot ribbons in the steamer basket and cover with a lid.
