- Using a sharp vegetable peeler or spiralizer, create long, flat ribbons from fresh, tender carrots.
- In a medium-sized pot, bring about an inch or two of water to a boil.
- Place the prepared carrot ribbons in the steamer basket and cover with a lid.
- While the carrot ribbons are steaming, melt a couple of tablespoons of butter (or ghee) in a small saucepan over low heat.
- Once the carrot ribbons are tender, transfer them to a bowl and pour the rosemary butter sauce over the top.
