Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9×9-inch baking pan with baking spray and parchment paper.

  3. In a large bowl, beat butter and brown sugar with an electric mixer until light and fluffy.

  6. Fold in oats and raisins gently until evenly distributed.
