Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a large 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. Melt ½ cup of butter in a small saucepan over low heat and pour it into the prepared baking dish.
  3. Layer 4 cups of shredded chicken evenly on top of the melted butter.
  4. Sprinkle the bag of frozen mixed vegetables over the chicken layer and season to taste.
  5. Whisk together the biscuit mix and 2 cups of whole milk, then pour it over the vegetables.
  6. In the mixing bowl, whisk together a can of chicken broth and a can of cream of chicken soup and pour over the biscuit layer.
  7. Bake uncovered for 55-65 minutes or until deep golden brown and edges are bubbling.
  8. Let it rest for about 10 minutes before serving.
