- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a large 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Melt ½ cup of butter in a small saucepan over low heat and pour it into the prepared baking dish.
- Layer 4 cups of shredded chicken evenly on top of the melted butter.
- Sprinkle the bag of frozen mixed vegetables over the chicken layer and season to taste.
- Whisk together the biscuit mix and 2 cups of whole milk, then pour it over the vegetables.
- In the mixing bowl, whisk together a can of chicken broth and a can of cream of chicken soup and pour over the biscuit layer.
- Bake uncovered for 55-65 minutes or until deep golden brown and edges are bubbling.
