Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the croissants in half horizontally.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, chopped romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, and grated Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Spoon the chicken mixture evenly onto the bottom halves of the croissants.
