Spread about 1 tablespoon of the cream cheese mixture onto each slice of flattened bread. Roll each slice tightly from one end to the other.
Heat a large skillet over medium heat and melt 1 tablespoon of butter.
Dip each rolled-up bread slice into the egg mixture, ensuring it is well coated.
Place the coated roll-ups seam side down in the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
Once cooked, roll each French toast roll-up in the cinnamon sugar mixture until fully coated.
Serve warm with maple syrup drizzled on top.
