Toast the slices of whole wheat bread until golden brown.
Spread 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise on one side of the first slice of toast. Layer with turkey breast, a slice of cheddar cheese, and a few lettuce leaves. Season with salt and pepper.
Place the second slice of toast on top, mayonnaise side up. Spread 1 tablespoon of mustard on this slice. Layer with ham, another slice of cheddar cheese, tomato slices, and crispy bacon.
Top with the third slice of toast, mayonnaise side down. Gently press down to secure the layers.
Using a sharp knife, cut the sandwich into quarters, securing each quarter with a toothpick if desired.
Serve immediately with your choice of chips or a side salad.
