Divide the dough into 4 equal portions and roll each portion into a ball.
Flatten each ball into a round flatbread shape, about 1/4 inch thick.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Cook each flatbread for 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through.
Remove from skillet and brush with olive oil if desired. Serve warm.
