  4. Spread the cranberry-chicken mixture on the crust, then layer with Brie, mozzarella, and red onion.
  5. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle thyme, salt, and pepper.
  6. Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Let cool for a couple of minutes and garnish with arugula or spinach before serving.
  8. Slice and serve warm.
