Method
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mayonnaise, BBQ sauce, and Greek yogurt. Mix until well combined.
- Add the diced celery, red onion, corn, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until all ingredients are evenly mixed.
- If using, fold in the shredded cheddar cheese and chopped cilantro for added flavor.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- Serve the salad on a bed of greens, in a sandwich, or in a wrap.

- For a lighter version, substitute half of the mayonnaise with additional Greek yogurt.
