  • 2 cups cooked rotini pasta
  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 cup broccoli florets fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup diced bell pepper any color
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs optional, for topping

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked rotini pasta, shredded chicken, broccoli, bell pepper, cheddar cheese, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Mix until well combined.
  3. Transfer the mixture into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
  4. If using, sprinkle breadcrumbs evenly over the top.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and the top is golden brown.
  6. Let it cool for 5 minutes before serving.
