- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked rotini pasta, shredded chicken, broccoli, bell pepper, cheddar cheese, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Mix until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
- If using, sprinkle breadcrumbs evenly over the top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and the top is golden brown.
- Let it cool for 5 minutes before serving.
