- Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add 1 tablespoon of garlic paste and cook for about 1 minute.
- Add 1 cup of ditalini pasta to the skillet, stirring to coat evenly. Stir for 1 minute.
- Pour in about 2 cups of chicken broth to cover the pasta and sprinkle a pinch of salt. Increase heat to high.
- Reduce the heat to medium and stir frequently for about 8 minutes until pasta absorbs most of the broth.
- Lower the heat and stir in ½ cup of grated Parmesan cheese, ½ cup of heavy cream, and 2 tablespoons of salted butter.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste and let it sit for an additional minute on low heat.
- Remove from heat, transfer to serving bowls, and garnish with freshly chopped parsley.
