  • 2 cups Chicken Broth Can swap with vegetable broth for vegetarian option
For Seasoning

Method
 

Cooking Steps
  1. Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and season with salt, pepper, paprika, cumin, and oregano. Let marinate for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and cook for 5-7 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  3. Reduce heat to low, add cream cheese and chicken broth. Stir until cream cheese melts and forms a creamy sauce.
  4. Add basmati rice to the skillet, stir to coat with sauce, and add additional chicken broth if needed. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat, fluff rice with a fork, and serve garnished with fresh parsley.
