Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, combine organic chicken breasts with sea salt, black pepper, oregano, smoked paprika, and thyme. Mix well and let marinate for 5-10 minutes.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat, add unsalted butter. Sauté minced garlic for 1-2 minutes until fragrant, then add seasoned chicken, cooking for 3-4 minutes each side. Remove and set aside.
  3. Drizzle olive oil into the skillet, add seasoning, then stir in heavy cream, chicken stock, lemon juice, and zest. Let bubble for 2 minutes before adding Parmesan cheese. Stir until melted and sauce thickens.
  4. Add sliced lemon and kale to the sauce, then return chicken to the skillet. Cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes until chicken is cooked through and flavors meld.
  5. Serve chicken over rice, pasta, or alongside roasted vegetables. Garnish with extra Parmesan cheese if desired.
