  2. Sauté bite-sized chicken pieces in the same skillet, seasoned with salt and pepper, for about 6-7 minutes until golden and cooked through.
  3. Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
  4. Mix in the cooked pasta, honey dijon mustard, and heavy cream. Stir well and allow to simmer for 3–4 minutes.
  5. Fold in fresh spinach and cook for about 2 minutes until wilted.
  6. Garnish with crumbled bacon and parmesan cheese if desired. Serve immediately.
