  • Freshly Cracked Black Pepper Black Pepper To taste.
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice Fresh juice.
For the Garnish

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Cook the pasta in salted water according to package directions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Reserve ¼ cup of water, then drain.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil and fry pancetta until crispy, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Lower heat, add garlic, and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add peas and cook for 2-3 minutes until warm.
  5. Pour in the cream and simmer for 2 minutes.
  6. Add grated parmesan, stirring until melted into the sauce.
  7. Mix in the drained pasta and reserved water, tossing for 1-2 minutes.
  8. Fold in arugula, serve immediately with extra parmesan and lemon zest.
