Ingredients
  

  • 2 ripe bananas sliced and frozen
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or any milk of your choice
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon honey optional
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes

Method
 

  1. In a blender, combine the frozen banana slices, almond milk, peanut butter, honey (if using), vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
  2. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, about 30-60 seconds.
  3. Add the ice cubes and blend again until the ice is crushed and the smoothie is frothy.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed by adding more honey.
  5. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
