Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of vegan mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard, and 1 tablespoon of yellow mustard. Whisk until smooth.
  2. Stir in 2 tablespoons of barbecue sauce, 1 tablespoon of agave nectar, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, and 1 teaspoon of paprika. Whisk for about 1 minute.
  3. Squeeze in the juice of half a fresh lemon (about 1 tablespoon). Whisk for an additional 30 seconds until creamy.
  4. Taste and adjust the sauce as needed with more agave nectar or lemon juice.
  5. Transfer the sauce to a clean glass jar or sealed container, seal tightly, and refrigerate for up to one week.
