Step-by-Step Instructions
- Start by washing and peeling your choice of vegetables, such as carrots, zucchini, and sweet potatoes. Slice them thinly to about 1/8 inch thick using a sharp knife or mandoline for uniformity.
- Place the sliced veggies in a large mixing bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Toss in salt, pepper, and paprika. Mix thoroughly until all the vegetable slices are evenly coated.
- Set your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) and preheat for about 3-5 minutes.
- Carefully arrange the seasoned veggies in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook them for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Once the cooking time is up, remove the basket from the air fryer and transfer the chips onto a wire rack. Allow them to cool for a few minutes.
- Your Air Fryer Veggie Chips are now ready to be enjoyed! Serve them alongside your favorite dips.

Notes
Slice thinly for the best crunch. Avoid overcrowding the air fryer basket to prevent soggy chips. Store cooled chips in an airtight container for up to 3-4 days.
