Method
- Preheat your grill or stovetop grill pan over medium-high heat. Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Drizzle the olive oil over the chicken breasts and place them on the grill. Cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F. Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
- In a large bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce and cherry tomatoes. Drizzle with Caesar dressing and toss until evenly coated.
- Slice the grilled chicken and place it on top of the salad. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and croutons.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
