Step-by-Step Instructions for Halloumi Fries
  1. Cut the halloumi cheese into even-sized fries, roughly 1.5 cm or ½ inch thick.
  2. Mix together the plain flour, paprika, and cumin on a flat plate. Roll each halloumi fry in the mixture.
  3. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat for about 2-3 minutes. Fry half of the halloumi fries for 3-4 minutes on each side.
  4. Repeat frying with the remaining halloumi fries, keeping an eye on the color.
  5. Serve immediately while warm, with sweet chili sauce if desired.
