Carefully roll the dough from one long side to the other, creating a log shape. Slice the log into 1-inch pieces.
Place the roll-ups on the prepared baking sheet and brush the tops with melted butter.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
