  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
For the Maple Sriracha Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Maple Syrup Honey can be substituted for non-vegan options
  • 2 tbsp Sriracha Adjust based on heat preference

Method
 

  1. Prepare Tofu: Drain and press the tofu to remove moisture, then slice into triangle shapes.
  2. Set Up Dredging Station: Gather bowls for cornstarch, soy milk, and mixed dry ingredients including panko.
  3. Coat Tofu Wings: Dredge tofu in cornstarch, dip in soy milk, then coat in panko mixture.
  4. Bake First Layer: Preheat oven to 450°F and bake tofu wings for 30 minutes, flipping halfway.
  5. Prepare Maple Sriracha Sauce: Whisk maple syrup and sriracha together, seasoning to taste.
  6. Glaze and Bake Again: Brush sauce over baked wings and return to oven for 9-10 minutes.
  7. Serve: Enjoy warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
