  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Zest Splash of lemon juice can be used

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 425ºF (220ºC).
  2. On a large sheet pan, combine the uncooked gnocchi, diced delicata squash, halved Brussels sprouts, and minced garlic.
  3. Season the mixture with lemon zest, kosher salt, freshly cracked pepper, and red pepper flakes. Drizzle with olive oil and toss to coat.
  4. Break the Italian sausage into bite-sized pieces and scatter over the sheet pan mixture.
  5. Roast in the preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  6. Serve with creamy burrata and a drizzle of pesto, if desired.
