Step-by-Step Instructions

  3. Gently smash each carrot round to about half their original thickness using a flat-bottomed object.
  4. Drizzle smashed carrots with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  5. Spread the seasoned carrots on the baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  6. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve hot.
