- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper. Prepare the brownie mixture according to the instructions on the box.
- Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25–30 minutes, until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs. Let cool completely in the pan.
- Make the ganache by chopping dark chocolate, heating cream in 30-second intervals, pouring hot cream over chocolate, and stirring until smooth.
- Once cooled, pour about three-quarters of the ganache over the brownies and spread it evenly.
- Sprinkle mini marshmallows, chopped glace cherries, and pecan nuts evenly over the ganache-covered brownies.
- Drizzle remaining ganache over the topped brownies and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Carefully remove from the pan using parchment paper, slice into squares, and serve.
