Preparation Steps
  1. Begin by breaking the white chocolate into small pieces and placing it in a heatproof bowl. Melt the chocolate using a microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth and creamy.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the melted white chocolate with chopped nuts, dried cranberries, orange zest, and crushed butter cookies. Use a spatula to gently fold the ingredients together until well-coated in the chocolate.
  3. Lay a sheet of parchment paper on your countertop and pour the mixture onto it. Shape and mold it into a log, approximately 2-3 inches in diameter. Roll the log in the parchment paper, sealing it tightly.
  4. Place the wrapped log into the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or until fully set.
  5. After chilling, unwrap the log and roll it in powdered sugar. Tie a decorative string around its center. Slice into bite-sized pieces and serve immediately.
