- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 1-pound loaf pan with parchment paper.
- In a medium saucepan, simmer the Apple Cider until it reduces to ½ cup.
- Cream the softened unsalted butter and light brown sugar until light and fluffy.

- Combine unsweetened applesauce and cooling apple cider, then set aside.
