Method
 

Baking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, melted butter, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Gently fold the wet ingredients into the dry until just combined. Stir in diced apples.
  5. Drop dollops of batter onto the lined baking sheet, spacing them about two inches apart. Bake for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. While the fritters bake, whisk together powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth to form the glaze.
  7. Once fritters are slightly cooled, drizzle glaze over them and serve warm.
