Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Turn on the sauté function of your Instant Pot. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté for 3-5 minutes until translucent.

  3. Stir in cream cheese, vegetable broth, and spices. Mix until creamy, about 2-3 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top without stirring it in.
  5. Seal the lid and cook on high pressure for 5 minutes.
  6. Perform a quick release, stir the casserole, and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
