- In a small bowl, combine yeast, sugar, and warmed milk. Let sit for 10 to 20 minutes until frothy.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine remaining milk, softened butter, peanut butter, eggs, and salt. Mix well using a whisk.
- Gradually add flour, stirring until combined. Knead for 5 minutes with a mixer or 5-8 minutes by hand.
- Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm place for 1.5 to 2 hours until doubled.
- In a medium bowl, mix softened butter, peanut butter, brown sugar, vanilla, and chocolate chips until smooth.
- Roll the dough to ¼ inch thick, spread filling, sprinkle chocolate chips, and roll into a log. Cut into 9 slices.
- Let rolls rise for 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 350°F. Pour heavy cream over rolls and bake for 25-30 minutes.
- For the glaze, blend browned butter, powdered sugar, peanut butter, vanilla, and half-and-half until smooth. Drizzle over rolls.
