- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a 3-quart casserole dish with butter or olive oil.
- In a large pot, bring salted water to a rolling boil. Add broccoli florets and cook for 2–3 minutes until crisp-tender. Drain and rinse under cold water.
