  • 1 large Orange Zested and juiced
  • 2 tablespoons Maple Syrup Or honey as an alternative
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
For the Salad
  • 16 ounces Red Seedless Grapes
  • 12 ounces Blackberries Can substitute with raspberries
  • 1 cup Chopped Pecans Can use walnuts instead
  • 2 large Sweet Apples Honeycrisp or Fuji preferred

Preparation Steps
  1. Zest one orange and then juice it into a large mixing bowl. Whisk in maple syrup and ground cinnamon until well combined.
  2. Wash and thoroughly dry the grapes and blackberries, then gently fold them into the orange dressing.
  3. Chop the sweet apples into bite-sized cubes and add them to the bowl, tossing gently.
  4. Stir in the chopped pecans just before serving.
  5. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready. Toss gently before serving.
