  5. Turn dough out onto a floured surface, pat into a 1-inch thick rectangle.
  6. Fold the dough over itself a couple of times and cut out biscuits.
  7. Place biscuits on the prepared baking sheet and bake for about 20 minutes.
  8. Melt butter with garlic and herbs in a saucepan over low heat.
