- Line a 9×13-inch baking dish with parchment paper, ensuring the sides overhang.
- Combine the instant chocolate pudding mix with 2 cups of whole milk in a medium bowl and whisk for about 2 minutes until thick.
- Layer half of the graham crackers in the bottom of the prepared baking dish, plug the chocolate pudding mixture over evenly, and chill for 30 minutes.
- In a separate mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and marshmallow crème until smooth.
- Fold in 1 cup of Cool Whip and a pinch of salt into the cream cheese mixture.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the chilled pudding layer, then cover with the remaining graham crackers.
- Cover the dish tightly with foil and freeze for at least 6 hours.
- Lift the Frozen S'mores out of the dish using the parchment overhang, place on a cutting board, and slice into squares.
