Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Line a 9×13-inch baking dish with parchment paper, ensuring the sides overhang.
  2. Combine the instant chocolate pudding mix with 2 cups of whole milk in a medium bowl and whisk for about 2 minutes until thick.
  3. Layer half of the graham crackers in the bottom of the prepared baking dish, plug the chocolate pudding mixture over evenly, and chill for 30 minutes.
  4. In a separate mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and marshmallow crème until smooth.
  5. Fold in 1 cup of Cool Whip and a pinch of salt into the cream cheese mixture.
  6. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the chilled pudding layer, then cover with the remaining graham crackers.
  7. Cover the dish tightly with foil and freeze for at least 6 hours.
  8. Lift the Frozen S'mores out of the dish using the parchment overhang, place on a cutting board, and slice into squares.
  9. Let soften at room temperature for 15 minutes before serving.
