Make the Cake
- Preheat oven to 350ºF. In a large bowl, mix cake mix, pudding mix, egg whites, milk, sour cream, oil, vanilla, almond extract, and salt for 2 minutes. Divide and color with green and purple food coloring. Bake in prepared pans for 28-30 minutes. Cool and cut into cubes.
Make the Filling
- Whip heavy cream in a chilled bowl until stiff peaks form. In another bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold whipped cream into the mixture and transfer to a piping bag.
Assemble the Trifles
- Layer green cake cubes in jars, add 16 chopped Oreos, then pipe half of the cheesecake filling. Repeat with purple cake, then 16 more Oreos.
Add the Final Touches
- Pipe remaining cheesecake filling and top with an Oreo and sprinkles.
Chill and Serve
- Refrigerate assembled trifles for at least 1 hour before serving.
