In a large mixing bowl, combine the honey, ricotta cheese, Greek yogurt, eggs, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Whisk until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
Pour the filling into the prepared pie crust, spreading it evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the filling is set and lightly golden on top.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool for at least 30 minutes before slicing.
If desired, dust with powdered sugar before serving.
