Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the oats and protein powder for about 1-2 minutes until combined.
  2. In another bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, nut butter, and honey until smooth and creamy for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Gradually combine the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and fold gently for about 1-2 minutes.
  4. Fold in the optional mix-ins for about 1 minute until evenly dispersed.
  5. Press the mixture into a lined 8x8-inch baking pan for about 2 minutes.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to firm up.
  7. After chilling, slice the bars into 10-12 pieces and store in an airtight container.
