Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Season chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
  2. Toss broccoli florets in a bowl with olive oil, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt. Roast in a preheated oven at 400°F for 15-20 minutes until crisp-tender.
  3. Prepare grains according to package instructions. Fluff with a fork and keep warm.
  4. Melt butter in a saucepan. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Stir in heavy cream, season, and simmer for 3-5 minutes until thickened.
  5. Assemble the bowls with grains at the bottom, followed by sliced grilled chicken, roasted broccoli, and drizzle with creamy garlic sauce. Garnish with fresh herbs.
