Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour and granulated sugar. Cut in the cold butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Press into the bottom of a greased baking dish.
  2. In another bowl, blend together the canned pumpkin puree, sweetened condensed milk, eggs, and pumpkin spice until smooth. Pour this over the prepared crust and spread evenly.
  3. Combine flour, brown sugar, and cold butter for the crumble topping. Mix until achieving a coarse crumb texture. Sprinkle this over the pumpkin filling.
  4. Bake for 45-50 minutes until topping is golden brown and filling is set. Test with a toothpick for doneness.
  5. Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly on a wire rack. Serve warm, optionally with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
