- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour and granulated sugar. Cut in the cold butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Press into the bottom of a greased baking dish.
- In another bowl, blend together the canned pumpkin puree, sweetened condensed milk, eggs, and pumpkin spice until smooth. Pour this over the prepared crust and spread evenly.
- Combine flour, brown sugar, and cold butter for the crumble topping. Mix until achieving a coarse crumb texture. Sprinkle this over the pumpkin filling.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes until topping is golden brown and filling is set. Test with a toothpick for doneness.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly on a wire rack. Serve warm, optionally with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
