  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced bell peppers any color
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • Cooking spray or oil for greasing

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F. Grease a muffin tin with cooking spray or oil.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the egg whites and cottage cheese until well combined.
  3. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, diced bell peppers, green onions, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Mix until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
