  • 1 pound salmon fillet skin removed and cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Method
 

  1. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
  3. Stir in the honey, soy sauce, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken slightly.
  4. Add the salmon pieces to the skillet, gently tossing to coat them in the honey garlic sauce. Cook for about 4-5 minutes, turning occasionally, until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  5. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
