In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
Stir in the honey, soy sauce, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken slightly.
Add the salmon pieces to the skillet, gently tossing to coat them in the honey garlic sauce. Cook for about 4-5 minutes, turning occasionally, until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
Remove from heat and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
