  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic minced

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, olive oil, and grated ginger.
  2. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
  3. Place the salmon in a baking dish and pour the honey garlic mixture over the top.
  4. Marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
  5. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  6. Bake the salmon for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through and flaky.
