  • 2 stalks Green Onions Sliced, use both white and green parts
  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce Use gluten-free if needed
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese Fresh shredded for best results
For the Topping
  • 2 tbsp Thai Sweet Chili Sauce Optional
For the Chips
  • 12 oz Wonton Wraps Cut into triangles
  • 2 cups Vegetable Oil For frying

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Soften cream cheese by letting it sit at room temperature or microwaving it for 15-20 seconds.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, crab meat, mayonnaise, sour cream, minced garlic, and sliced green onions. Add soy sauce and sugar, then mix in the shredded mozzarella cheese until smooth.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish, sprinkle with mozzarella cheese, and bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  4. Prepare wonton chips by cutting wraps into triangles and frying them in hot vegetable oil for 20-25 seconds until golden brown. Alternatively, air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 4-5 minutes.
  5. Once baked, drizzle the dip with sweet Thai chili sauce, garnish with sliced green onions, and serve immediately with crispy wonton chips.
