Cooking Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Gather your ingredients and equipment.
  2. Place chicken breasts between plastic wrap and pound to an even thickness of about ½ inch.
  3. Lay turkey and Swiss cheese on each chicken breast, roll tightly, and secure with toothpicks.
  4. Prepare three shallow bowls with seasoned flour, whisked eggs and milk, and breadcrumbs mixed with garlic powder.
  5. Dredge each roll in flour, dip in egg mixture, and coat with breadcrumbs.
  6. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat and brown each roll for about 4-5 minutes per side.
  7. Transfer rolls to a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  8. While chicken is baking, prepare the cheese sauce by melting butter, whisking in flour, adding milk gradually, then stirring in Swiss cheese.
  9. Slice chicken rolls, drizzle with Swiss cheese sauce, and serve warm.
