Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Melt butter in saucepan, stir in sugar, add eggs and vanilla.
  2. Sift together flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Fold into wet ingredients until just combined.
  3. Pour batter into greased 9x9-inch pan. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
  4. Cool brownies in pan for about 10 minutes, then transfer to wire rack. Spread pistachio cream on top.
  5. Melt dark chocolate in microwave, pour over pistachio cream and spread evenly.
  6. Sprinkle crushed pistachios on melted chocolate and press gently.
  7. Allow brownies to cool, then refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, cut into squares and serve.
