- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Melt butter in saucepan, stir in sugar, add eggs and vanilla.
- Sift together flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Fold into wet ingredients until just combined.
- Pour batter into greased 9x9-inch pan. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool brownies in pan for about 10 minutes, then transfer to wire rack. Spread pistachio cream on top.
- Melt dark chocolate in microwave, pour over pistachio cream and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle crushed pistachios on melted chocolate and press gently.
- Allow brownies to cool, then refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, cut into squares and serve.
