Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8x8-inch baking dish with coconut oil or line it with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix the rolled oats, chopped walnuts, coconut milk, molasses, coconut sugar, and cinnamon until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and press down evenly. Sprinkle coconut flakes and chocolate chips on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the edges are golden brown and the center is soft.
- Allow to cool for 10-15 minutes before slicing into squares to serve.
